Our Commitment to Accessibility
Here at TimerStart, we want every person to be able to use our time management tools comfortably.
What we support
Making the website accessible has been a real priority for us. We’ve built it to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
That includes smooth keyboard navigation, solid screen reader support with the right ARIA labels, strong color contrast, visible focus indicators, and a responsive design that adapts nicely to different devices.
Browser testing
Our team checks the site regularly using Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Cốc Cốc. These tests help us make sure it works well with the assistive tools people actually rely on.
Known limitations
We’re honest about the areas that still need improvement. Live timer updates don’t always get announced the same way across every screen reader, and a couple of third-party components only offer partial accessibility support.
Older browsers might miss some features. We’ve also deliberately tuned continuous countdown announcements so we don’t overload screen readers. Audio alerts need your device sound settings enabled, and some animations may still play even when reduced motion is turned on.
Feedback
Got feedback or ran into an issue? Please email us at hello@timerstart.com. We genuinely appreciate every message and use them to keep making the site better.
