Plan ahead
What date is 30 days from today?
Add time to a start date to plan future deadlines, schedules, and reminders.
Start with a date and add days, weeks, months, years, or time units to calculate the future result.
How adding time works
The selected amount is added to the start date. When adding months or years, invalid target dates are clamped to the last valid day of the target month.
Examples
- Today + 30 days gives a quick future deadline.
- January 31, 2026 + 1 month = February 28, 2026.
- February 29, 2024 + 1 year = February 28, 2025.
Use cases
- Finding future deadlines and reminder dates
- Planning schedule milestones from a start date
- Adding hours and minutes for shift or appointment planning
